Permit Process

Once your date and time are secured, a permit and rental agreement will be generated and mailed to the contact person, or the permit holder, for their review. The fees owed will be listed on the permit and are due upon receipt to guarantee reservation.

Checks should be made out to the “City of Rosemount', credit cards payments will also be accepted, as well as cash.  


  • Refund Policy: 50% of the rental fee will be refunded if the event is cancelled two weeks (14 days)  before the event date. There will be no refund for cancellations occurring within two weeks (14 days) of the event date. Security Fee and Damage Deposit will be refunded in full if your event is cancelled.
  • Damage Deposit: A $300 deposit is required when renting the auditorium, banquet hall, and for large rental events in the gymnasium. This amount will be refunded by check from the City of Rosemount within three weeks after your event if the room is left in good shape and the guidelines for room use are followed.
  • The following methods of payment are accepted: Cash, checks made out to the “City of Rosemount,” and credit cards.
