Payment Update: Beginning on January 1, 2021, the city will start passing along fees charged by merchants for the use of credit card and other electronic forms of payment. Payments made by cash or check will incur no additional charge. For Utility Billing payments, you can also avoid fees by signing up for Direct Payand pay your bill directly through your checking or savings account. This service is safe, easy, and free!

*Don't forget...If you are currently using Payment Service Network for recurring online bill payments, be sure to cancel that setup when you register for Direct Pay, so that you don't pay twice.

How to pay utility bills
You can pay your City water/sewer bill online or by calling toll-free 877-885-7968 using Payment Service Network (PSN). Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your utility bill customer account number. Please note, as of January 1, 2021, this service will incur a small fee, per description above.
- Pay by checking account, savings account, or credit card:
- Pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill.
- Print receipts, view payment history, and see status of payments (online only).
How to view utility bills
You can see your bill online. You must register one time to view your bills and receive notifications when your bills are ready. To save paper and postage, please consider opting out of receiving paper bills.

The City of Rosemount uses Payment Service Network (PSN) to process payments and post bills. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
