Night to Unite

Tuesday, August 2, 2022 is Night to Unite!Night To Unite 2.jpg

Night to Unite is a celebration of strong neighborhoods and community partnerships. During this annual event, residents of Rosemount and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights, and spend the evening outside with neighbors. Many neighborhoods throughout Rosemount will host a variety of special events such as block parties, cookouts, and youth activities. Members of Rosemount Police, Fire, and local officials will visit these events to help foster connections and promote crime prevention.

Close-knit neighborhoods are safe neighborhoods because neighbors look out for each other and know when something suspicious is occurring in the area. Night to Unite is Minnesota's largest crime prevention event. It is the perfect way to get out and meet your neighbors, welcome new neighbors, and build a safer community.

To receive a visit from our Public Safety officials, please register your event online. Registration is due by Monday, July 25. If you have additional questions, please email Cassie Witt, Community Resource Officer.
